• 1.5 lbs thinly sliced steak sliced
• 1/2 green pepper sliced
• 1/2 red pepper sliced
• 1/2 yellow pepper sliced
• 1/2 medium onion sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• tortillas

• Pour your olive oil in your 4 quart crock pot, spread all around and set aside.

• Place your slices of steak, peppers and onions in a large bowl and set aside.

• Mix together your remaining ingredients, except your tortillas, in a small bowl.

• Sprinkle a third of your seasoning mixture over your steak, peppers and onions and gently toss. Repeat twice with about a third of your seasoning mixture each time until the seasoning is spread out evenly.

• Pour your steak mixture into your slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until your steak is tender.

• Serve on tortillas.
